This stage determines wether your development can or cannot proceed.
WHAT IS TOWN PLANNING?
When proposing a unit development, subdivision, dual occupancy or changing use of your business, the local council will require a town planning permit.
This shows the council how the neighbourhood will be impacted by the proposed development and demonstrate how the development complies with required standards such as minimum car parking and private open space requirements.
In a town planning application, there are numerous documents that need to be prepared such as: Architectural drawings that include floor plans, elevations, shadow diagram, etc.
All the required documents are prepared by us in house. As such, we are able to assume 100% of the responsibility for all applications and manage the entire process from initial site assessment through to the final council decision.
